These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and usd77 ("usd77", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the usd77 online gaming platform available at https://usd77.click and all associated services, applications, and content provided by usd77.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the usd77 service, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. usd77 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with international gaming licence conditions. Any attempt by a person under 21 to register an account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering as an individual natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Registrations on behalf of a third party, a corporation, or any other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of usd77 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or service partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by usd77 or any national or international responsible gambling programme.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering or making any deposit.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and unique email address, a valid Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. usd77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

You must notify usd77 immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and all Applicable Law. You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage;
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any software underlying the Platform;
• Not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the servers or networks of usd77 or any third-party provider;
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and that usd77 has no mechanism to manipulate individual results;
• Accept that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or bet.

usd77 reserves the right to carry out technical maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Platform at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. usd77 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). usd77 does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven Cliqq.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Specific minimums may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the usd77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing any withdrawal, usd77 reserves the right to request and verify KYC documentation to confirm the Account holder's identity.

Processing Times: usd77 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods and 5–10 minutes for FPX/DuitNow bank transfers during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to additional verification requirements.

Fraud Prevention: usd77 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any transaction suspected of being associated with money laundering, fraudulent payment instruments, or identity theft will be flagged, suspended, and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Applicable Law.

usd77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a MYR 100 bonus requires a total of MYR 2,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed and settled before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Eligibility: Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. usd77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if usd77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has registered solely to exploit bonus offers, or has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns inconsistent with recreational use.

Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not utilised or do not meet their applicable wagering requirement within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without notice.

usd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that any change does not retroactively affect Users who have already opted into the promotion and are in the process of meeting wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published on the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules.
• usd77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error, with refunds of the staked amount returned to the User's Account balance.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software malfunction during the course of a game or bet, usd77 will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the published game rules and, where applicable, restore the game to its last verifiable state. In circumstances where restoration is not possible, the relevant bet or round may be declared void and the staked amount refunded.
• Live betting odds and market availability are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. usd77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any given time.
• usd77 publishes maximum payout limits applicable to various game categories and sports markets. No single payout shall exceed the published maximum regardless of the theoretical return on the winning bet or spin.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Users found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Accounts permanently suspended and their balances forfeited, and may be subject to legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments for any deposit;
• Employing any form of cheating software, exploit, or external tool designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to exploit games or betting markets;
• Laundering money through the Platform, or using the Platform as a mechanism for the transfer or concealment of illegally obtained funds;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been generated under normal operating conditions;
• Attempting to gain access to other Users' accounts without authorisation;
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or degrades the experience of other Users.

usd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• usd77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the Account;
• The User is found to be under the age of 21;
• The User has registered on a self-exclusion list and usd77 is made aware of this fact;
• usd77 is required to do so by Applicable Law or the order of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to usd77.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the usd77 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the clearance of any open bets or pending transactions.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive property of usd77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any User a licence, right, or interest in any of usd77's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of usd77.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, usd77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, even if usd77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

usd77's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

usd77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

usd77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following features are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts to be notified when a specified period of play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for voluntary self-exclusion periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

usd77 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 for all Users. All gambling on the Platform must be conducted for personal entertainment only, never as a source of income or a mechanism to resolve financial difficulties. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by usd77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

usd77 processes personal data strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform, verifying User identity (KYC), processing financial transactions, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, and improving the Platform's services. usd77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

usd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, usd77 will endeavour to provide Users with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of these Terms will be revised each time an amendment is made. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current provisions governing your use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which usd77 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between usd77 and a User arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users must submit a formal complaint to usd77 support in writing, describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. usd77 will respond within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the formal complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
